This fully funded program, offered through Japan’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), aims to enhance teaching skills and foster educational exchanges. Successful applicants will receive airfare, tuition, a monthly stipend, and accommodation support for specialized teacher training in Japan.

Completed applications should be submitted to the Ghana Scholarships Secretariat, which will forward them to the Embassy of Japan in Accra.
The deadline is January 30, 2026 just two weeks away- urging prompt action from eligible candidates.
The secretariat emphasized strict adherence to eligibility criteria, including teaching experience and academic qualifications, to ensure only the most suitable applicants advance. This initiative aligns with ongoing efforts to bolster Ghana’s education sector through international partnerships.
