Perceived anti John Mahama radio presenter with Radio Tamale, Halik Musah popularly called DJ Tell has accused elements of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) of orcastrating his dismissal by the management.
DJ Tell took to his Facebook to explain circumstances surrounding his dismissal laying blame on the doorstep of former President John Mahama
“I was attacked by just nine NDC thugs for criticizing Mahama.
“The next day they called my station manager and asked him to suspend me and stop me from coming on the radio because they believed I hate Mahama. Management listened to the nine NDC thugs and asked me to stay away”
Meanwhile, the NDC is yet to confirm or deny knowledge of the claims but many believed that the presenter’s sacking resulted from a radio interview with Shamima Muslim during the NDC campaign launch in Tamale, which did not go down well with the party due to how the presenter criticized the NDC on live radio.
Our attempts to get management of the Radio to respond to its former employee, Halik Musah has already has also proven futile.
