Social media is currently buzzing with praise for Prophet Eric Boahen, popularly known as Uche, the only man of God who accurately predicted the outcome of the just-ended NPP presidential primaries.
At a time when several self-acclaimed men of God, including the outspoken Prophet Owusu Bempah and Prophet Bernard ElBernard, were issuing, as it turned out, inaccurate prophecies about the outcome, the Leader and Founder of The Right House Chapel in Accra, stood firm in his revelation. Prophet Uche boldly declared that the former Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, would secure between 55–56 percent of the total votes.
“I am seeing some 55/56% for Dr. Bawumia,” Prophet Uche declared during a church service, in a video that later went viral just two days before the crucial elections.
While many Ghanaians have expressed shock at the precision of his prediction, especially given that other high-profile prophets got it completely wrong, followers familiar with Prophet Uche’s ministry say the accuracy comes as no surprise.
According to them, his consistency, credibility, and spiritual discipline set him apart.
Meanwhile, sources reveal that Prophet Uche allegedly came under intense pressure from Prophet Owusu Bempah to alter the direction of his prophecy. The latter reportedly claimed that God had settled on Hon. Kennedy Agyapong as the eventual winner.
Despite the pressure, Prophet Uche remained resolute. Guided by his conviction, he refused to shift his stance and maintained that Dr. Bawumia would emerge victorious, a prophecy that ultimately came to pass.
