Member of Parliament for Bawku Central, Mahama Ayariga has expressed outrage over the allocation of 18 million Ghana Cedis every quarter to the National Security Minister to address the security crisis in Bawku.
Ayariga questioned the appropriateness of such a large allocation, citing the suffering of the people of Bawku.

The MP emphasized that it is disheartening to see 6 million Ghana Cedis being handed over to the minister every month while the people of Bawku continue to face hardship and insecurity.
