The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has assured residents of the Ashanti Region of improved power supply and enhanced customer service at a Regional Coordinating Council (RCC) meeting held at the Prempeh Assembly Hall in Kumasi.
The meeting, chaired by the Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr. Frank Amoakohene, provided ECG with the platform to present its ongoing and planned infrastructure projects aimed at ensuring reliable electricity supply. The company also highlighted new initiatives to strengthen customer engagement and satisfaction.
Representatives of ECG at the meeting included four General Managers, the Regional Operations Manager, District Engineer, and Public Relations Officers.
Following the presentation, participants engaged ECG on issues of concern, to which the team provided responses.
ECG further pledged to engage presiding members and District Chief Executives (DCEs) in their respective constituencies to enhance collaboration and communication.
