The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Amenfi West, Dr. Lord Nana Tandoh, has made a significant contribution to development efforts in the municipality by donating bags of cement and street bulbs to several communities.
The donations are aimed at supporting ongoing infrastructure projects and enhancing night security in Asankran Afiena, Breman, Oda Kotoamso, and Fordjourkrom.
This gesture fulfills promises Dr. Tandoh made during his community visitation drive. Oda Kotoamso community received 50 bags of cement and 10 street bulbs.
The Afiena community also received 30 bags of cement and 5 street bulbs, Breman 100 bags of cement and 10 street bulbs.
Whiles Fordjourkrom also had 50 bags of cement and 6 street bulbs to improve security in the communities.
Dr. Tandoh, affectionately nicknamed ‘The Lord of Amanfi’ by residents, has been actively visiting nearly 200 communities in Amenfi West since his appointment and confirmation.
This recent donation is part of a broader community development agenda, with Dr. Tandoh pledging ongoing support to other communities in the municipality.
The donation was made in the company of the Municipal Coordinating Director and was presented to prospective assembly members of the beneficiary communities, along with other prominent local figures.
