Savannah Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Alhaji Imoro Seidu, popularly known as Man Blessing, has mourned the death of the Savannah Region’s representative on the Council of State, Tinga Wura Alhaji Sampson Seidu Abudu.
Tinga Wura died on Sunday, August 23, 2026, in what the NDC Regional Chairman described as a tragic loss to his family, the Bole Traditional Area, the NDC, the Savannah Region and Ghana.
In a condolence message, Alhaji Imoro described the late Tinga Wura as a calm, humble and dignified leader whose life was marked by service, integrity and commitment to the people.

He said the late traditional leader was a committed NDC supporter who served as “a beacon of hope” to many in Bole and beyond.
According to him, Tinga Wura made significant contributions to the development of the Savannah Region and Ghana and would be remembered for his good deeds and legacy.
“He was a true servant of the people,” Alhaji Imoro said, adding that his death represented a major loss to the region and the country.
The NDC chairman expressed condolences to the bereaved family and prayed to Allah to grant them strength and comfort.
He also prayed for forgiveness for the deceased’s shortcomings and asked Allah to grant him Al-Jannah Firdaus.
