The NDC’s “Operation Recover All Looted State Assets” has discovered another large quantity of suspected stolen state fertilizers hidden in uncompleted buildings at Danyame, near Ridge Condos Hotel in Kumasi.
According to the NDC’s intelligence, the fertilizers were offloaded in the area after the December 7, 2024 general elections using five articulated trucks, under the cover of night.
Following the 2024 general elections, the National Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Joseph Yammin, launched an operation dubbed “Operation Recover All State Looted Assets.”
As part of the operation, on Sunday, December 15, a huge consignment of alleged state fertilizers was discovered smuggled into a three-storey building filled to capacity at Sokoban.
Two days later, another significant consignment was discovered today in the Ridge residential area, near Ridge Condos, in two separate uncompleted two-storey buildings.
At the time of filing this report, fertilizer was being loaded into two articulator trucks to cut the fertilizer to the buffer stock warehouse in Kumasi for preservation.
