Ghanaian journalist and Chief Executive Officer of Kofi TV, Stephen Kofi Adomah, has reportedly suffered a gunshot injury to his eye during a ceremony.
According to reports, the incident occurred when musketry was being fired as part of the event.
Mr. Adomah, who was positioned behind the musketry, accidentally collided with the gunshot.
