Presidential Adviser and National Democratic Congress (NDC) stalwart, Hon. Joyce Bawah Mogtari, has donated 15 brand-new Dell desktop computers and GH¢20,000 to the NDC’s Upper West Regional Communication Bureau to strengthen its operations and support an upcoming regional communications retreat.
The donation, announced by the Upper West Regional Communication Bureau on Monday, is expected to enhance the bureau’s communication activities and improve preparations for the retreat scheduled for later this month.
Upper West Regional Communication Officer, Issah Kantagyere Bonsingmwini, described the gesture as timely and impactful, saying the support would significantly improve the bureau’s operational capacity.
“This donation comes at a critical time for our bureau. The 15 desktop computers will greatly improve our communication infrastructure, while the financial support will contribute immensely to the successful organization of our regional communication retreat,” Mr. Bonsingmwini said.
According to him, the latest donation is part of a long-standing tradition of support from Hon. Bawah Mogtari, whom he praised for her commitment to the party’s communication machinery in the region.
“What makes this support particularly remarkable is that it is not an isolated act. Over the years, whenever we have reached out to Hon. Joyce Bawah Mogtari for assistance or strategic support, she has consistently responded positively. Her dedication to the growth and effectiveness of our communication structures has been exceptional,” he stated.
Mr. Bonsingmwini further noted that the donation reflects the former Deputy Minister’s enduring commitment to grassroots party organization and capacity building.
“Hon. Joyce Bawah Mogtari continues to demonstrate outstanding leadership through action. She has proven herself not only as a respected national leader but also as a dependable mother figure and pillar of support to our communication team. Her belief in our vision and her willingness to invest in our work continue to inspire us,” he added.
The Regional Communication Officer assured the donor that the equipment and financial contribution would be put to good use in advancing the party’s communication agenda across the Upper West Region.

We remain grateful for her unwavering support and assure her that these resources will be utilized effectively to strengthen our communication efforts,” Mr. Bonsingmwini said.
The donation is expected to enhance digital communication, content creation, and information dissemination activities of the bureau as the NDC continues to strengthen its communication structures ahead of future political engagements.
