The New Patriotic Party (NPP) is set to launch its national campaign for the 2024 elections in Takoradi, with renowned politician Oboshie Sai-Coffie appointed as Chairperson of the launching committee.
The event, scheduled to take place on Sunday, 18th August, 2024 promises to be a grand spectacle, with top party officials, including the flagbearer of the party, Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia and President Akufo-Addo, expected to attend.
Other Committee members have been tasked with ensuring a successful launch, which will mark the beginning of the party’s nationwide campaign.
The NPP’s national campaign launch in Takoradi is seen as a strategic move, as the party seeks to consolidate its support base in the Western Region.
