Dr. Agnes Naa Momo Lartey, Minister for Gender, Children, and Social Protection, has announced the immediate termination of contracts for all Regional and Zonal Coordinators of the Ghana School Feeding Programme (GSFP).
This bold decision, effective immediately, signals a significant restructuring effort within the programme, which has been a cornerstone of Ghana’s social protection initiatives.
The GSFP, which provides meals to over four million children across the country, has been facing numerous challenges, including funding constraints and operational inefficiencies.
