Musician stabbed to death, fans violently storm Hospital to Lynch suspect but police intervened
A popular Kwahu-based artiste, Frederick Osei-Buabeng,known with showbiz name as Phada Gaza, has been stabbed to death at a ghetto area in Nkawkaw on Saturday night.

The tragic incident has sparked tension in the town as enranged fans of the late musician stormed the Holy Family Hospital, demanding the release of the suspect who was on admission to allegedly lynch him
However the attempt was thwarted by heavy police presence at the facility.

Phada Gaza was widely known across the kwahu and Eastern Region for his good songs,energetic performances and deep connection with the youth through his music which won him some local awards.
He was tipped by players in the entertainment industry to rise to national stage soon due to his hard work.
In a statement, the management team of the late artiste confirmed his passing and expressed deep sorrow, describing him as “a voice of his generation, an inspiration to many, and a proud representation of Kwahu and the Eastern music scene.”
The statement further appealed to fans and the media to respect the privacy of the family during this difficult time and refrain from sharing sensitive images or videos related to his death.
Funeral and memorial arrangements, according to management, will be announced later.
Meanwhile, Police investigations into the incident are underway.
