The National communications director of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) Richard Ahiagba, who health condition was untable after he surving deadly accident on Kumasi-Accra 2024 is said to be recovering.
Mr. Ahiagba was involved in an accident at Duapompo near Konongo on the Kumasi-Accra road around 1:30 am while traveling to Kumasi for a party program.
General Secretary of the party Justin Frimpong Koduah, a party member, visited Mr. Ahiagba at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) earlier today and said reported on his facebook page that he is in a stable condition and responding positively to treatment.
He however, explained that “the attending doctors have advised limiting visitors to ensure Mr. Ahiagba receives adequate rest during his recovery. The party appreciates everyone’s earnest prayers and support during this time and wishes Mr. Ahiagba a speedy recovery”.
The incident has sent shockwaves through the NPP ranks, with party members wishing Mr. Ahiagba a speedy recovery.
