A member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) manifesto committee, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah has said it will be in the best interest of Ghanaians to vote for the party in the 2024 election.
The former Minister for Youth and Sports has emphasized that the economic hardship under the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) is unbearable.
In this regard, Mr. Ankrah has asserted that Ghanaians cannot stand another NPP government and must vote them out.
He made this statement in an interview on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen with 11 days to the December 7 election.
Mr. Ankrah, however, expressed confidence that the NDC is in a better position to reset Ghana and must be given the chance.
“Ghanaians cannot afford another NPP government because of the severe hardships it has meted out to the people. NPP and Bawumia have nothing new to offer Ghanaians. We need to kick them out. The NDC has new energy to turn Ghana around,” he stated.
