The Independent Presidential Aspirant for election 2024,Alan Kyerematen yesterday visited the Bono region to interact with voters on his Great Transformational Plan that he believes has all the ingredients capable of dealing with the current mess the country finds itself.
Alan’s visit turned into a moment that political pundits in the region says have never been witnessed before.Known Npp party faithfuls in the region who have been with the Npp for several years were seen with Alan everywhere throughout his visit and were openinly campaigning for him and advising the public that the only candidate who is in a position to unite and develop this country is Alan Kyerematen.
The defected Npp members believes Ghanaians will be better off joining the Independent candidate considering how polarized the country has become and how the two parties especially the Npp’s candidate Alhaji Bawumia seem not to have any policy capable of addressing the challenges in the country.
The defected members numbering in their thousands have vowed to go from house to house and door to door to propagate the good news about Alan and his movement.
Madam Faustina Chiraa who said she has been with the Npp since 1992 said never in her life time has she witnessed an Npp that is so disjointed and lacking ideas and the right caliber than now and so decided to join the movement for change to bring the much needed reforms into the country.She said her children are all traders and Alan’s promise of establishing Traders Bank is in the right direction as it will afford her children who are into trading to borrow at an affordable rate from the bank.
Yaw Addai Munifie who also traces his root in the Npp back in the 1992 makes the point that Ghana has gotten to the stage where partisan politics is not helping us and that the current economic challenges of the country knows no political colour and that he has left the Npp to pursue the Ghana agenda so that with the limited number of years he is left on earth,can help to build a better Ghana for his grand children through Alan rather than what is being done currently.
